Sarah Wenger is a recent graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln; earning her Bachelors of Music in Violin Performance. She has distinguished herself as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral player, as well as having a keen interest in teaching.
Sarah has performed extensively throughout the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, and Europe, and has served as section violinist of the Lincoln Symphony Orchestra as well as concertmaster of the UNL Symphony Orchestra during her time there. She has studied privately with and worked with internationally recognized performing artists and teachers.
Sarah has a love for string pedagogy and has been an active instructor in the Kansas City, Lincoln, and Seattle areas. She has recently relocated from Seattle where she worked as an elementary strings teacher at Lockwood Elementary, private strings instructor, and chamber music coach with the Northshore School District and Seattle Chamber Music Society. She enjoys working with people from all different backgrounds and ages.
